For Verticy families, receiving their course materials is cause for celebration! Children and parents alike are eager to learn what textbooks, workbooks, and supplies will be the basis for their new, exciting school year. We recognize that the proper and efficient shipping of Verticy Learning courses is important to you. Our Client Services Representatives and our warehouse staff work to ensure that every student enrolled in a Verticy Learning course receives the proper materials in good condition.
Shipping to the Continental U.S.
Shipping fees to U.S. ZIP codes are included in the Registration Fee and are shipped by the United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, which requires a street address. In cases where shipments are going to a Post Office box, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Parcel Post is used. Please allow 4-10 business days for typical delivery.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, U.S. Addresses Outside the Continental U.S., and Expedited Shipping

Returns
We hope you will be thrilled with your course; however, if you need to return the course to us, a refund of the tuition fee, less any applicable non-refundable fees (Registration Fee and payment plan fee), will be issued if the complete course (books and supplies) is returned unused. To ensure proper credit, please contact a Client Service Representative to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Refunds must be requested within 60 days of enrollment. Cancellations of enrollment in the Advisory Teaching Service will be refunded on a pro-rated basis, less a $20 handling charge. Refunds can take up to 45 days to process.
